My office is located at 16 N Marengo Ave in Pasadena, on the fourth floor, Suite 418 (make two rights when you come out of the elevator).
There is usually plenty of metered street parking, especially 1 1/2 blocks north on Holly St near City Hall. Metered parking is cheapest and easiest using the Passport Parking app (iOS or Android), or the meters on the street. There is also garage parking right across the street at the corner of Marengo and Union.
